KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Global Strategic Talent Scout will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the Global Strategic Talent Scout, you will deliver proactive search and engagement for strategic Level 5-6 roles requiring global candidate profiles.
2. As the Global Strategic Talent Scout, you will conduct talent-mapping exercises to assess talent availability, market depth, competitor talent, and location options.
3. As the Global Strategic Talent Scout, you will partner with Talent Acquisition, P&O, and business stakeholders to define search priorities and success criteria.
4. As the Global Strategic Talent Scout, you will apply fair, structured, and evidence-based search practices that support inclusion and equal opportunity.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Global Strategic Talent Scout, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
2. Proven industry experience in executive search, senior talent acquisition, talent research, or leadership sourcing in a multinational organisation or search firm.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with applicant tracking systems, professional networks, search platforms, and research tools.
