We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Data Analyst to join a leading biopharmaceutical manufacturing company based in a dynamic sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional to contribute to the optimisation of production processes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance within a regulated environment.
The successful candidate will be integral in collecting and analysing production data, supporting manufacturing activities, and collaborating across departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties as the Manufacturing Data Analyst will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Support production teams by collecting, analysing, and interpreting manufacturing data to monitor process trends and identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist in planning manufacturing activities and resource allocation to ensure efficient production workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment failures and optimise process performance.
- Contribute to validation activities, equipment transfer, and project management, particularly regarding facility startup/shutdown and capital investments.
- As the Manufacturing Data Analyst, you will support quality and environmental systems, including deviation investigations, risk assessments, and continuous improvement projects.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Manufacturing Data Analyst we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
- A Degree or higher level in a scientific or engineering field (e.g., Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Quality Management).
- Proven experience in large-scale manufacturing environments, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Extensive knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and cGMP-regulated manufacturing processes.
- Experience working within regulated environments and supporting validated manufacturing processes.
- As the Manufacturing Data Analyst, you will demonstrate a proactive approach to continuous improvement and compliance.
