We are currently looking for an Electrical Engineer to join a leading medical technology and life sciences organization based in a global setting. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to innovative healthcare solutions and work alongside industry-leading experts.
In this role, you will be involved in designing and developing electronic hardware systems that support high-quality medical devices and scientific instrumentation. You will play a key part in ensuring product performance, troubleshooting, and supporting technical investigations to drive continuous improvement.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties as the Electrical Engineer will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Design and develop electronic hardware systems and components to meet project requirements.
- Contribute to technical specifications and review schematic and PCB designs.
- Support verification, validation, and troubleshooting activities to ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and external partners to support product introduction and ongoing support.
- As the Electrical Engineer, you will evaluate and qualify electronic components, manage component lifecycle, and support obsolescence mitigation initiatives.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Electrical Engineer we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
- A Degree or higher level in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in electronic product development, with strong understanding of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.
- Experience with PCB design, board-level debugging, and using laboratory test equipment.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and collaboration skills.
