We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to join a leading manufacturing company based in a dynamic sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to become a key part of a dedicated QA team, ensuring the highest standards of quality across the organisation.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties as the Quality Assurance Officer will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
• Oversee and maintain quality assurance standards across multiple departments, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Liaise with department managers, providing guidance, influencing decisions, and delivering solutions to quality challenges.
• Write detailed reports on quality metrics, audit findings, and improvements, supporting continuous enhancement of processes.
• Participate in problem-solving activities, offering logical and forward-thinking solutions to quality issues.
• As the QA Officer you will represent the QA function, collaborating with teams, supporting audits, and helping maintain a culture of quality excellence.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Quality Assurance Officer we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
• A Degree or higher level in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Quality Assurance / Quality Management).
• Proven experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing or similar regulated environment.
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills, with the ability to influence and liaise effectively with management and teams.
