This is a 12 month contract with the potential to extend and offers Outside IR35.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Your duties as the Internal Communications Senior Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the Internal Communications Senior Manager, you will lead the implementation, governance, and ongoing management of the global employee communications platform, Connect.
2. As the Internal Communications Senior Manager, you will develop and execute communication plans for key business initiatives, organisational changes, and strategic projects.
3. As the Internal Communications Senior Manager, you will partner with senior leaders to develop and communicate strategic business messages.
4. As the Internal Communications Senior Manager, you will oversee the development and publication of content on the company intranet.
Skills and experience:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Internal Communications Senior Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Degree education, ideally with emphasis on Communications, English, or Public Relations.
2. Proven industry experience in internal communications, employee communications, or corporate communications.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with managing digital internal communications channels, employee apps, or intranet platforms.
