We are currently looking for an Operations Supplier Development (OSD) Specialist to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in a dynamic environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with IMP experience to become a key part of a dedicated team working with innovative products and processes.
This role offers a chance to contribute to the ongoing development and support of manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency. The successful candidate will play an integral role in optimizing supply chain activities and supporting manufacturing projects within a collaborative setting.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties as the Operations Supplier Development Specialist will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Support the development and management of suppliers for manufacturing of IMP products, ensuring supply chain quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards throughout the supply chain.
- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate delivery schedules and material requirements.
- As the Operations Supplier Development Specialist, you will monitor supplier performance and recommend necessary improvements to sustain ongoing supply chain stability.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Operations Supplier Development Specialist, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
- A Degree or higher level in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Quality Assurance / Quality Management for QA roles).
- Proven experience with IMP manufacturing and a solid understanding of supply chain processes in a pharmaceutical setting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team, especially on-site four days a week.
