Back to Job SearchWe are recruiting a TA Operations Manager to join a leading Pharmaceutical company on a hybrid basis in the London/Surrey area. As the TA Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of talent acquisition processes on a global scale.
This is an initial 6 month contract with possible extension.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the TA Operations Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1.As the TA Operations Manager, you will partner with the global TA community to ensure roles are efficiently cascaded into talent channels, collaborating with LinkedIn and the technology team.
2. As the TA Operations Manager, you will co-ordinate the monthly TA Community Town Halls and all related materials with the country-based TA Partners.
3. As the TA Operations Manager, you will manage open door TA sessions twice per week and assist the TA Community with on-demand requests, including system access.
4. As the TA Operations Manager, you will collaborate with P&O Analytics on data for the TA Community and proactively manage the TA Policy, Guide, and Training hub.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the TA As the TA Operations Manager, you will we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a related field.
2. Proven industry experience in Talent Acquisition in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology sectors.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with collaborating across countries. Fluent business English is essential, a second European language would be beneficial.
