Our client, a leading organisation in the Healthcare Insurance sector, is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join their Disability department based in Anderlecht. As the Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in training, developing, and enhancing the performance of the team, ensuring alignment with the Product Owner to deliver at their highest capacity.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Scrum Master will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Enhance the technical strengths and competencies of the team.
2. Lead the scrum team in adopting and utilising Agile methodology effectively.
3. Organise and implement personal and company performance plans.
4. Facilitate improved collaboration between the Product Owner and development team to achieve optimal results.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Scrum Master we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
2. Extensive industry experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with software development and project management.
