Reliability Engineer Junior

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are currently looking for a Reliability Engineer to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in the UCB area. As the Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of assets throughout their lifecycle in a demanding pharmaceutical environment.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Reliability Engineer will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Analyse equipment reliability using FMEA and root cause analysis.

2. Handle and process large volumes of data using Excel and SAP.

3. Work on chemical production lines, including reactors, pumps, and laminar flow systems.

4. Lead continuous improvement projects and collaborate with maintenance teams and users.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Reliability Engineer, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in engineering (electromechanical or equivalent).

2. Proven industry experience in reliability analysis, including FMEA and Ishikawa.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with Excel (pivot tables) and SAP PM.
