We are currently looking for a LIMS Integration & Validation Engineer to join a leading life sciences company based in the US. As part of the team, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless system integrations and compliance with regulatory standards, contributing to the company's mission of advancing scientific research and quality assurance.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties as the LIMS Integration & Validation Engineer will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
• Support LIMS transition and digital lab transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory objectives.
• Lead and execute end-to-end GxP validation activities, including URS, IQ, OQ, PQ, and supporting documentation.
• Drive instrument-to-LIMS integration efforts across approximately 40 lab systems, including complex platforms (e.g., CDS) and standalone instruments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data flow, data mapping, and system interfaces.
• As the LIMS Integration & Validation Engineer, you will ensure that all systems and integrations meet compliance standards and support business needs.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the LIMS Integration & Validation Engineer, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
• A Degree or higher level in a scientific or technical discipline.
• Proven industry experience in GxP validation within regulated environments, preferably in pharma or biotech.
• A working knowledge and practical experience with LIMS platforms, preferably LabWare LIMS, and system integration initiatives.
