This role is officially titled Associate Recruitment Consultant, but many see it as a Graduate Management Trainee position that offers a clear path into leadership or specialist roles within a high performing, purpose led organisation.

About You
We are looking for graduates who bring drive, ambition, and a willingness to learn. You do not need recruitment experience, but you must have experience working in a results focused environment or influencing outcomes. Examples include:
- Sales roles such as retail, telesales, phone based environments, or customer service with KPIs
- Hospitality roles where upselling or meeting service targets was essential
- University leadership positions, sports teams, societies, or volunteer roles
- Any situation where you persuaded, motivated, or positively influenced people
You will also bring:
- A degree in STEM or a relevant business subject (2025 or 2026)
- Strong communication skills and confidence when speaking with people
- Curiosity, coachability, and a desire for continuous development
- Motivation to work in a fast paced, performance driven environment
- Passion for science, people, and making a positive impact
Location
This is a full time, office based position at our Loughton headquarters.
The office is a short walk from the Central Line and has been designed to support collaboration, development, and high performance.
